We are a new company registered as Pvt. Ltd in Feb 2011.
We do Web Development services for our US and UK clients and get foreign Remittances. Can someone let us know that the income earned in foreign Currency(Dollar, Pound ,..), will be exempted from Service tax and Income Tax.
We also have local currency Contracts running in India.
